a) Job Purpose To undertake implementation and review of public education programmes in order to enlist stakeholder support. b) Principle Accountabilities · To undertake effectively development, implementation and review of public sensitization programmes in order to raise awareness and enlist support in the fight against corruption · To undertake effectively development and implementation of MOU’s with Civil Society Organizations in order to enhance their participation in advocacy, exchange of best practice and facilitate collaboration in the fight against corruption · To undertake the dissemination of IEC materials in order to create and promote awareness on corruption c) Qualifications · Full Form V/Grade 12 Certificate · Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent · Aged between 30 and 35 Years d) Communication Skills i) Written Skills Ability to write technical and analytical reports ii) Oral Skills Ability to communicate effectively in English iii) Other Skills/Attributes Computer literate Analytical Interpersonal Initiative Integrity Confidentiality Public speaking

1. SECURITY OFFICER- LUSAKA (1)

a) Job Purpose To undertake the provision of security services in order to safeguard property and life at the Commission. a) Principle Accountabilities · To undertake effectively security operations in order to safeguard institutional property and lives. · To undertake effectively the communication of security needs with Police Officers in order to ensure harmonious operations with the Police and effective provision of security services. · To undertake effectively the implementation of security measures and procedures to secure vital security installations in order to prevent unauthorized access. · To undertake timely the preparation and submission of security reports and requirements in order to facilitate decision making · To undertake timely the development of security awareness programs in order to enhance security of staff and property. · To undertake the investigation of all cases of theft and breaches of security in order to establish the facts and recommend appropriate action · To supervise effectively the implementation of performance management systems in order to monitor, evaluate and enhance performance.

b) Qualifications

• Full Form V/Grade 12 Certificate
• Diploma in Criminology or equivalent
• Aged between 30 and 40 Years
• Minimum Three (3) Years pre-job experience
