IT Service Desk Analyst

Location: Lusaka, Zambia (Onsite)

KPMG South Africa is looking for a dedicated and experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to join their Information Technology Services team in Lusaka. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, improving systems, and supporting teams with reliable IT service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and prioritizing service desk tickets
• Handling incident management and request fulfillment
• Troubleshooting and analyzing trends
• Supporting and mentoring junior IT staff
• Maintaining knowledge bases and technical documentation
• Overseeing printers and video conferencing services

Requirements:

1. A degree in Information Technology
2. ITIL Certification
3. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Service Desk environment
4. Strong MS Office proficiency (especially Excel)
5. Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
