Job Title: Electronic Technician/ Electrician

Location: Siavonga

JOB SUMMARY

We are searching for a well-organized and reliable electronics technician/electrician to join our team. The Job purpose includes diagnosing and repairing electronics, installing new equipment and performing routine servicing and inspections.

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in electronics, with the ability to assemble, install, maintain, and repair electronic equipment and systems

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assembling, installing, repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electronic components and systems. Ensuring all power and manual tools are operated in accordance with health and safety regulations. Carrying out scheduled preventative maintenance and servicing equipment. Performing equipment demonstrations and drawing up training manuals wherever required. Interpreting drawings, training manuals, and instructions to perform duties. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS

  Diploma or certificate in electronics. A degree will be an added advantage
   A Relevant certificate or license may be required.
    At least 1 year experience in the same field or a related field

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND SKILLS

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity. Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Great interpersonal and communication skills. A strong understanding of analogy, digital electronics principles and electronic components.
